and 57 Tabs
A simple way to make decisions and get on with your life
MY PHILOSOPHY
Exhale
I believe that conventional wisdom is fixated on the ideas of moving big, moving fast and moving constantly. And it’s so easy to absorb the message that that’s what we should be doing, even when it doesn’t feel right.
This focus on speed and movement leaves little space for slow, deep thinking. So those of us who want to take our time are left feeling overwhelmed, mismatched and depleted.
When your brain feels like it’s got 57 tabs open and there’s just too much going on at the same time it’s hard to know what feels right and to know how you want to move forward.
That’s why I love to create spaces that are a haven from the brash environments we normally find ourselves in so you can exhale and feel free to be who and how you are.
WHO I WORK WITH
My Clients
I work with thoughtful, sensitive women who know they’re smart and capable but aren’t living the life they want.
They might be running heart-led or service-based businesses, working 9–5, or simply feeling like the life they’re living doesn’t quite fit.
What they share is a desire to create something new that feels true to who they are — alongside challenges with time, energy, decision-making, fear of failure, rest, and actually getting things done.
My work helps them slow down and work out not just the right next step, but the right next step for them.
GETTING PERSONAL
A Few Fun Facts About Me
I drink some a lot of tea. Proper builder’s tea thank you – not any of that milky swill.
My guilty pleasure is Hello Kitty.
I love Depeche Mode and have seen them in London, Barcelona and Warsaw.
I’ve got a weird obsession with Christmas puddings. How they look, not how they taste (which is horrible).
I relax by listening to Depeche Mode. While drinking builder’s tea.
I’ve been through the desert on a horse with no name. Not really. But I have ridden a camel in the Sahara desert. Status of name: unknown.
I have read every Poirot, Miss Marple and Thursday Murder Club book. Now I’m writing my own murder mystery set in a church.
Actually, my real guilty pleasure is Barry Manilow.
I take my coaching seriously, but not myself. Life’s too short not to have a laugh.
get shit done
But No Pressure
Don’t run away! You’re not in the wrong place.
Normally phrases like get shit done, just do it, and go big or go home make me want to run a mile. So they probably do the same for you.
I do want you to get your stuff done: decisions made, projects started, change created.
But you start with an action plan, hustle, or more effort. That’s just more stress on your nervous system.. That’s just more stress on your nervous system.
Clarity comes first.
