A New Perspective
You’re a highly sensitive woman. You know how smart you are but more often than not it feels like your brain didn’t get the memo. It’s like it takes all the stuff you care about and then tries to talk you out of it.
When you get stuck in your head it’s hard to see the wood from the trees.
The Clearing is a space to talk it all out without interruption, pressure, or having to please someone else, so you can see what you really want underneath the brain chatter and fearful thoughts.
What You’ll Receive
Opening Clarity Session We begin with a 90-minute session where you talk through what you actually want — beyond what feels sensible or realistic — including the things you don’t usually say out loud. This gives you the space to get it fully on the table and start seeing it as something real, not something to scale back or second-guess.
Follow-up Session We meet again the week after the first session to look at what came up once you’ve had a bit of space. This is where the second-guessing, doubt, or “maybe I was being unrealistic” thoughts tend to creep in. Instead of leaving you to wrestle with that on your own, we work through it properly so you can stay with what you saw, rather than quietly backing away from it.
6 Regular Sessions (taken every other week) Regular coaching sessions where you can bring whatever’s on your mind and actually get to the bottom of it, rather than skimming the surface and repeating the loop. We’ll work through the moments where you feel stuck, conflicted, or unsure — so you can stop looping and settle on something solid.
There is no ten-step plan. Trying to think 20 moves ahead like a chess grandmaster is what’s keeping you stuck. We uncover just the one next step that makes sense for you — the one you can actually follow through on. You won’t be pushed to move faster than you’re ready for or expected to force action that doesn’t feel right.
Final Review Session We finish with a final session to reflect on what’s become clearer over the four months — what you understand now that you didn’t before, and where you feel more settled and confident in yourself. From there, we look at what you want to move towards next, so you leave with a direction that feels yours and something you can keep going with once The Clearing has finished.

Why Trust Me
I know what it’s like to want something different, something more, from life and know there’s no reason why you can’t make that happen. But at the same time, you just can’t seem to get yourself to move. There’s feeling pressured by what you think you need to do and how fast you need to move to get there, trying to satisfy “the rules” for what success is or what’s acceptable. And also a very active mind that’s so good at wanting to keep you safe that it barely lets you do anything at all.
Contemplating doing something uncomfortable can be enough to set your nervous system on fire and make things seem almost impossible. It leads to a pattern of stop-start when it comes to working on your dreams.
I’ve lived that.
And I’ve been through coaching that just wasn’t able to support that way of being or my need to think things through without being managed or fixed. So I didn’t feel safe enough to open up about the extent of how hampered I was feeling.
That’s why I’m dedicated to supporting other highly sensitive women with a similar experience. I create a space where everything can be brought out into the open: the true heights of your dreams and also the depth of your overwhelm.
Most importantly, there’s never any pressure to move faster than your nervous system can handle. But at the same time, it will be faster than you’d go on your own. The goal isn’t to force action, but to cut through the mental fog so you see the way forward that will work for you.
